We DO respond to your phone calls and emails promptly. It’s something we’re famous for. Prompt and proper service is our standard.
We DON’T mislead you on the phone regarding pricing or our capabilities. Toronto Home Theater experts will happily visit your home or office, to give you an accurate quote. There are just too many variables in modern home entertainment design & home theater systems to “flat-rate” a proper installation over the phone; this is simply an unfair business practice, in our opinion.
A proper installation is important to us! Your home entertainment experience will be unique to your environment , and will be priced to YOUR specific needs. We DON’T recommend you settle for the cheap “surround sound in a box systems”, until you talk with us. We DO want you as a “customer for life,” not just a one time job.
